About our COVID-19 Protocols
We want to assure you that we are taking every precaution at our clinic to ensure your safety. We kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines.
We will connect with you the day prior to your appointment or when you arrive for a quick pre-screening review. If you do not meet the screening criteria, we will re-schedule your appointment at a more suitable time.
Please re-schedule your appointment if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, if you have been in close contact with someone who has Covid-19 or if you have travelled by air in the past 14 days.
Cleaning + Disinfecting
Rest assured that our team will be cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and common areas as well as our treatment rooms between each client.
You will be requested to bring and wear your own mask or cloth face covering during your time at the clinic. If you do not have one, we will have one available for you. All staff members will be wearing masks.
We will restrict use of the waiting room and strategically stagger our appointments. To protect your personal space and ours, please arrive unaccompanied (unless required medically), no more than five minutes before your appointment.
Hand Washing/ Sanitizing
We will ask that you use hand sanitizer when you enter our clinic. Washrooms are down the hall if you would like to wash your hands. Our staff will do the same before and after each client.
At this time, the protocol for elevator use is 2 people at a time. If possible, feel free to use the stairs opposite the elevators.
