Your health and safety is our priority. We want to assure you that we are taking many  precautions at our clinic to ensure your safety.  We kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines.

Screening Criteria

We are no longer asking you to fill out screening criteria prior to your appointment but we do ask that you re-schedule your appointment if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms or if you have been in close contact with  someone who is sick with Covid-19 or any other contagious illness.

Cleaning + Disinfecting

Rest assured that our team will be cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and common areas regularly and our treatment room equipment is disinfected between each client.

Face Coverings

Face coverings are no longer mandatory, however, if you feel most comfortable wearing a mask and would like us to wear a mask while treating you, please ask us and we will be happy to accommodate.

Physical Distancing

In order to limit the number of people at our clinic at one time, please arrive no more than five minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive early, there is a bench in the main lobby and 5th floor lobby if you would like to wait there until your appointment time.

Hand Washing/ Sanitizing

We ask that you use hand sanitizer when you enter our clinic. Washrooms are down the hall if you would like to wash your hands. Our staff will do the same before and after each client.

Elevator Use

At this time, there is no COVID protocol for elevator use. If possible, feel free to use the stairs opposite the elevators.
